Hello,

I was wondering if there are any ZipRealty agents who have successfully worked with a NACA Buyer?

Thanks

We are on the H1B visa in the United States from past 3 years, applied for the green card and planning to buy a home (prices are low now and also benefit the economy if possible), but the question arises – why do people wait to buy property until they get the Green Card ?

looking at a home without a buying agent. does the seller give the listing agent ALL the commission or can a deal be done to give the listing agent only their 1/2 of the commission? although the seller pays this if the commission is less than there is more room to negotiate the total selling price down with the seller. (i know the seller and the listing agent!)
thanks for any advice

I wasnt very responisble when I was younger with paying bills on time or at all, and I have paid all the back bills off but 2 that will be paid at the beginning of the year. And I just got married and my husband has no credit but we are sick of renting and want to buy in this market so our big question is how long will it take for my credit score to improve enough to buy a home and what to do for my husband to establish credit so banks will actually look at us. Thank you
